“My dog seemed to like the treats. However, we received a slip in the package with the company’s instagram username and a message telling us to post pictures tagging Denzel’s for a chance to be featured on the company’s instagram story and entered into a competition. I did this on my dog’s instagram page and was completely ignored by yourselves. What’s even more upsetting was that other dog’s photos were being liked and featured and my dog’s wasn’t. Even if he wasn’t being featured on your page or story, we would’ve loved a ‘heart’ on the photo and at least an entry to the competition.
