“The Large size of these chews is ideal for larger breeds of dog. I alternate being buying the two different flavours but the dog loves both. Their size means he has to use his paws to hold the chew steady as he eats it, which gives a bit of mental stimulation. As an older dog, he was just starting to show a buildup of plaque on his rear molars. Given that he will destroy anything that resembles a toothbrush, I bought some of these chews at a vet checkup a year later, the level of plaque was shown to have reduced. So not only does he enjoy eating them but they are doing some good dentally.”
