“The case does not close when it’s got all the brushes inserted upright in the slots. Not sure why it’s got those slots, they are obviously designed to fit the brush handles.”

Hi Ann, Thanks for your feedback, we are sorry to hear this! The Tepe Interdental Brush case has been made to fit 6 original or extra soft brushes. We apologise if this has not been the case with you, we advise you to try angle the brushes into different positions in the slots to see if they fit better, meanwhile we will be reviewing the case further to examine this issue.
