“Never witnessed such animal cruelty and the fact it is open to the public astounds me. How they are allowed to be open shocks me.
Animals kept in tiny, dark and dirty enclosures with awful food and no mental stimulation. It brought me to tears.
The 'play area' is just a climbing frame you can fit in your garden.
The facilities were broken and filthy. I just couldn't believe my eyes.
How this place has any decent reviews is absolutely shocking and I'm concerned at the lack of empathy from people to animals.
Do not support this business!”
