“Very disappointed with the state of Jungle Jim’s play area in Porthcawl. The equipment and play spaces are covered in a thick layer of dust, which is unacceptable in a place designed for young children. It’s unhygienic, unsafe, and shows a real lack of care. A thorough deep clean is urgently needed — parents shouldn’t have to worry about their little ones playing in these conditions.”
“My daughter recently had her 4th Birthday here at Jungle Jims , it's a fantastic soft play it is one of the cleanest soft plays we have been to in a long time. All the children had a great time and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.
I would highly recommend and will be visiting again.”
