“Awful place, every lane has holes in the floor, the mechanisms don't always drop all the pins (had to keep getting ours reset, the people on the next lane got moved eventually) the toilets are an absolute disgrace! Cubicle door hanging off, broken toilet seat, ceiling panel falling down, no soap! Go elsewhere in my opinion.”
“This place is disgusting. I had read the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. It was a bit closer than the bowling alley in Newcastle. I was wrong. It was that bad and worse. The staff were nowhere to be seen, the lanes kept breaking, the food was not fit for human consumption and my wife got a gin and tonic in a dirty half pint glass. I got a coffee that was cold and and tasted like dishwater. The tables were sticky and the seats were covered in spilt milkshakes or something. The arcade games 50% of them were jammed but didn’t have out of order signs on so the younger kids carried on putting money in until their parents stopped them. The staff that were present just wandered about aimlessly and kept disappearing in the staff only place for at least 15/20 minutes then come back out to wander aimlessly again for ten minutes. Honestly I’m not exaggerating. I will NEVER go to that place again but because they have a strict no refund policy I had to stay and finish the game I had already paid for. I don’t know how this place stays open.”
