“Disappointing that the one hour hack only had 5 minutes in the New Forest fields. Rest was all on the road, only saw what I drove through to get to stables. I did get a chance to break off for a canter when asked. They didn't offer it. Daughter didn't like her pony at all as was slow and wouldn't keep up with other horses. Have riden all over the world and this was one of the worst rides have done. Sad as is expensive and I can only afford to go twice a year. Shame as had been to another centre a previous year, which was brilliant as we were actually in the fields... Girls who rode with us were great though.”
“Booked a 1-hour hack for my partner and I to experience horse riding together. There was no real care or interest from the staff and it was clear it was just another hack they had to do. As a beginner, I felt there was minimal guidance on how to ride. Having said that, we did get to see the lovely New Forest scenery and the horses were well trained and well looked after. Sadly, customer experience is not something that is equally important and we were disappointed in our choice of Equestrian Centre to do our hack.”
