“What a wonderful team at Jungle Mania Bourne End. I just had to write a review about how happy I was with the service I received for my sons birthday party. I have always loved Jungle Mania as a place to take my kids locally, the team here really do deserve a lot of credit. I found everything to be very clean, the party room was fantastic! The staff were always on the go, big shout out to manager Kim, you really are such a great welcoming person, from start to finish you were always friendly and went out of your way to help, not forgetting the lovely lady working along side of you and the young girl in the coffee shop, the 3 of you were just amazing, thank you so much for making my sons party so special. Please keep doing what you are doing. You are all amazing. We will definitely be back, many many thanks x”
“Very disappointed. First of all, I would like to point out that the staff is rude, racist and untrained. In front of me one of the employees made faces after a dark colour client came in. When one of the employees came to wipe the table, she sprayed the solution over my baby's juice and my coffee. I was taken out after half a session even though I paid for the whole session without receiving a refund, when I asked for explanations the staff was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and a girl came and said that she is a duties manager without any badge to prove it. When I asked why I was charged for the whole session, no one knew how to explain it to me and yet I did not receive any refund. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place, the worst of all.”
“Parking is problematic. Staff are very inconsistent- on a 3:45pm weekday arrival We were left waiting to enter for over 5 mins whilst the solo member of staff prioritised serving drinks & food orders rather than quickly check our booking and open the gate (Nov 2021). I had missed the food cut off but was glad when I saw what was being offered as unsuitable alternatives to mostly out of stock items on the basic kids meal offer. There were brown marks on the soft play flooring which smelt disgustingly concerning on my sons socks. My daughter most probably caught a bug there as 24 hours later vomited for 2 days. The latest visit (a Sunday morning) in Feb 22 the staff were much more helpful and pleasant. However this time my older son caught a tummy bug, vomited constantly for 5 hours and missed 3 days of school. I will not be visiting again.”
“Visited this venue for a 4 year old birthday party. First thing there was nowhere to park!!
Went into the venue and asked where was the best place to park was told by a very rude lady the the website clearly stated the parking situation, basicly tough luck.
The place was heaving there is no break in the change over pary times it was utter caos. The ladies toilet was discusting one was blocked and there was no lock on the other.
Would definatley not recommed this place.”

“I think jungle mania is fun for the kids... However Its not very clean this venue partically! The balls always look dirty! There's Bits of food everywhere outside, both play bits and all the walking areas. It always has young staff running which aren't that welcoming at all. No staff tell the bigger kids to get out of the baby bit either when they are clearly over the age! Cleanliness is a big issue!”
“Took my twins to Junglemania and they love it. There was a fire last year and so it has been completely refurbished and is brand new. The setup is great for the kids to get around and is nice to have the large separate toddler area. The staff are really kind and friendly and it's all very clean. To top if off twins are pay for one and the other is free, we will definitely be regular visitors”
