“Went to the Friday morning soft play at the King Alfred and experienced a health and safety issue. One of the inflatables temporarily deflated leaving my 2.5 year old trapped underneath. He was very upset and scared by the incident. Have got in contact with the centre but they have chosen to ignore this incident with no response on 2 occasions. Parents beware.”
