“Absolutely Terrible!...
It needs serious investment..staff need training ...half the rides are not working...weeds growing everywhere...honestly for £80 it's a joke...extremely disappointed.... don't buy the hot dogs... disgusting”
“Really excellent experience. Reasonably priced and lots of new attractions. Went on a hot summer’s day but pleasantly quiet with queues moving quickly. Everything was running, staff motivated. Special mention to Harrison on the safari ride who organised for the Bear to visit us and have photos taken even though they had finished their work for the day.”
“This theme park is dirty , outdated and poorly maintained. Many rides are closed along with most of the eateries. Staff are untrained. Soft play smells strongly of mildew and has water dripping from the lighting. I would not recommend this to anyone. I awarded 1 star as you can not leave a review without at least 1 star.”
