“Its a lovely, simple idea for a morning/afternoon out. The amount of monkeys we saw was unbelievable. My daughter absolutely loved it. There is a play park and a lovely cafe as well with ample seating inside and out.. perfect for all the family. thank you!”
“We were heading home to scotland after holidayIng on trent canal and wanted a wee something tO do to break up day for kids! This was a great plaCe! We arrived just after feeding time and there were so many monkeys around and so close to us too, walking across our path too! Theres a quiz that can be done on way round and plenty information and Question boARds to look at on walk. Theres also a wee PlayPark, with plenty picNic benches! Next door there is the garden estate to extend your visit but we dIdnt have tIme to Explore it”
“Our family had a brilliant couple of hours at Monkey Forest. Even though we went in school holidays, it didn't feel too busy, so we could just enjoy the experience in a relaxed manner. Everyone loved seeing the monkeys play and swing in the trees. The baby monkeys are the cutest thing you'll ever see!”
“What a lovely day! Came here with the whole family and the extended as well. It was amazing to see the monkeys up close and personally. It was wonderful to see them roaming free and enjoying life. The walk around the forest is barely a mile so it's not too much walking but the path, when wet, is muddy so bring good shoes. Feeding time is every hour and is very informative! Everyone's favourite part was seeing the baby monkeys run and play around. Some even had the funniest play fights. The cafe is great and the toilets are very well kept. There are great playgrounds as well for the little ones to let loose their inner monkey. Would needs about 2-3 hours for a visit. It was such a great value for money!! Would love to come again!”
