“I have lived 4 minutes walk from this park for the last 5 years, it's ranked in the top 5 in the country, it's a huge park with two main parts separated with a foot bridge over a brook that runs through the middle, there is a children's climbing & swing park & toilets at the forefront of the park which is very popular especially in the summer, then walk a little & there's a duck pond with a band stand, then next to that there is a free water feature (different types of jets that spray up) the kids can play in. There's tennis courts & a permanent ping pong table (bring your own bats & ball) & exercise machines dotted around the far side. I can't rate this park enough & whenever my family visit from Gloucestershire or Wales they all love it too. N.B. In the warm weather get here early to get a spot next to the water feature as it gets very busy!”
