“Children enjoyed the toddler session eating area was crowded but to be expected.
Toilets were disgusting, paper on the floor, toilets hadn’t been flushed, appreciate kids are using these but out of three sinks only one tap was working and the soap provided was a cared handwash that had been filled with that much water to get the dregs that there wasn’t any actual soap left. There was no alternative provided. Day was ruined by a member of staff screaming at another member of staff in front of the children and other customers in the public corridor. Email the venue regarding this four weeks ago and had no response.”
“Visited centre today for the first time. Girl on reception was extremely helpful and obviously enjoyed working in the centre. The whole area was supervised by very friendly and safety conscious staff who encouraged the youngsters to have a try and enjoy the experience. The session we attended was for under 6 years of age and was a fantastic morning for the youngsters. I would highly recommend any one with children to give this place a go. Prices are reasonable and it is a very enjoyable way of helping youngsters to gain self confidence and improve motor skills.”
