“Great day out for families and older generation too. Be wary of the lake if bringing toddlers. I would say best suited to age 4+.
Good value food and plenty of tables to picnic as well.”
“Lovely gardens that don’t suffer the intolerable presence of ‘fur babies’. The waterfowl flourish without harassment, the gardens are clean and don’t suffer the scourge of discarded plastic filled with dog egg, that are ubiquitous in areas frequented by canine apologists and you can sit down with a picnic , without the fear of an derriere cleaning tongue, slavering in your ear or worse, your lunch.”
“Looks lovely however full of disappointment as we were turned away with our little dogs who were on a lead. Apparently dogs do not deserve to visit this park which I found outrageous. What is Yorkshire coming to if you can't take your dog to a park. Shame on this decision we will go elsewhere and spend our money”
