“This was our first visit to this soft play facility, and unfortunately, it left us disappointed. We arrived about ten minutes before our booked slot with our 10-month-old and noticed there were at least six empty tables. Hoping to sit and have a coffee from their café while we waited, we asked if we could take a seat, but were told no — we had to wait until our exact slot time. This felt unnecessarily rigid, especially as the place wasn’t busy.
We were also told our baby had to wear socks in the soft play area. This is the first time we’ve come across such a rule for a crawling infant. Rather than making it safer, the socks actually made the surface more slippery and difficult for her to move around. If the concern is hygiene, then it would make more sense to properly sanitise the area — after all, babies explore using their hands, feet, and even mouths. Requiring socks alone seems impractical and poorly thought out.
Overall, both the customer service and the policies in place made for a frustrating visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this soft play to other parents.”
“I took my two children 5 and 2 to Jungle Monkeyz today. They both had a lovely time it is the cleanest soft play I have ever been too. We also had a meal which was great the Chicken nuggets were real chunks of chicken breast. We will definitely go again.”
