“We had a fantastic day out at Windsor Leisure Centre. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the water temperature was perfect — warm and comfortable for swimming. The staff were friendly and everything was well organised, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!”
“The water in the pool was so dirty, that the dirt made it cloudy. There were plasters, snots, hair and other unpleasant things floating on the surface. When a child vomited at the top of the slides, pool was not evaluated even though the water flows into the main pool. Mold and dirt literally everywhere, dirty nappies on the floor in changing rooms. After a 20 minutes in the water we left, but unfortunately this twenty minutes was enough for some of us to get ill the next day. The place should be renamed from Windsor Leasure Centre, which is very misleading to more accurate name like for example Disease Distribution Centre. The swimming pool is dangerous to health and absolutely disgusting!
I am surprised that the local authorities or some other public health body has not closed down this place yet.”
