“The worst customer service ever !!!! I had been talking to a lady via email about using their venue for my daughters 1st birthday, we exchanged emails and sometimes it got slow so I opted to call to conclude. Tried a few times no answer and I sent a mail saying I tried to call the lady who picked up (I believe the same person that was emailing me) was so cold, it felt like she just couldn't be bothered but I kept my cool and I tried to discus the detail but she was so dismissive telling me to go have a look on their website, get my facts and come back (for the record I knew what wanted but she was apparently busy so she coolant wait to get off the phone) she also went ahead to tell me how they cannot sit by the phone waiting for my call because thy are busy ( I never expected them to do that besides I myself I'm not jobless) so that was a rude comment. she could have simply apologised and said we get busy a lot so apologies if we are unable to pick your call. This call was Sunday and I called back again Monday to conclude because time was going she was soooo rude over the phone. I had never used them before so I was asking questions and she went ahead to tell me some boring information about how in her 7 years in business shes not had this problem with any parent. I was like I am asking you questions about your venue and your here telling me about your experience. she did not allow me talk she just kept going on and on and I even told her lets forget the beginning of this conversation lets get the booking going and she was a nightmare. so condescending it was so disgusting. I asked to speak to someone else and she said there's no one else. she said I was going at her. This call was about half two and they close three so she say and she said I should come and have a look instead of asking all my questions how would I make it there before they close? I told her I couldn't come and we can discus over the phone she just wouldn't even let me talk next thing she did was hang up on me.I really cannot stand rude people and this experience was the worst ever. I tried to even keep it short but this lady was too much to deal with. I am glad she did this before I made the booking because trust me I am not one to take rubbish from anyone. I had the opportunity to Hang up when she kept talking but I kept my cool.I read some reviews and it only makes sense what people had to say. I wouldn't even give them a single rating (I wouldn't even waste minus 0 on them). So rude !!!!! she needs to fix this or shell keep loosing customers. one thing for sure ill definitely let people know this experience.”
