“Since the new management have come in it has improved in terms of service and cleanliness although I had to ask for toilet paper for the toilet. There are some parents who don’t supervise their children,, my son was continually pushed and dragged and being put in headlocks by a much older child. When I spoke to management nothing was done. So frustrating when you take younger children in and the older ones push them around and management don’t discourage it. I won’t be taking my boys there again even though we have many positive experiences (including an exclusive birthday party) today was too much. The mouth on some of the parents is disgusting and management seem quite happy as long as they getting their money.”

“Been today to a Birthday party with our 5 and 7 year olds. What an absolute pleasure by comparison to the previous owners! Clean, tidy, good food, drinks a plenty. Toilets spotless... Kids well entertained and such a difference to past experiences here. Totally changed our opinion on the place and we shall be back for more soon! Well done to the new owners - A message to the new owners is "This is how you do it -right!!".......”
“Been here multiple times. Very clean, good play area that has monkey tire, Lego blocks a football pitch and a mini cart track.
Woman who does it is lovely and hardworking, and the only time you'll get a telling off from her is when you aren't controlling your own kids!”
