“Enjoyed our first visit and cafe food was lovely. Entry prices need reviewing as expensive if we took our grand children. A family ticket perhaps or a fixed charge per car? Despite having a map we felt the absence of signage throughout the site was a bit confusing particularly as our map was a soggy mass after heavy rain.

“I've been visiting since I was a child. The animals and play areas were the main attraction. Both of which are now gone. I'm really saddened in particularly by the animal parks absence. Many a fun time was spent there. There is a small playground, but this is before the main car park and the roads are one way so you go past it on the car park. The original playground sited conveniently opposite the castle is long gone. A big shame. Very disappointing.”
