“Best day out with the children in Leicester, so much variety, indoors and outdoors, sensory play, stay all day and the food was delicious. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. As parents we loved the fact that we could play with them and get involved whereas other venues we're just expected to sit at tables.”
“We’ve had a couple of really great visits to 360 play Leicester recently. There is so much for the kids to do inside and out, it’s so much more than your average soft play. The kids were kept busy literally all day so it’s well worth the journey as it’s a bit further for us than we would normally go.
Staff are all really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food we ordered. A really nice place to spend the day with something for everyone.”

No one picked up the phone when I tried to call to ask to move our session time to 30 minutes later (was ringing for 1 hour 30 mins approximately)
Email system doesn’t work; as you get an email back from Office 360 saying you’re not on the safe senders list?!
Got charged twice for our meal (they did rectify it) only for our meal to arrive wrong (yet another trip to the till to ask for them to correct the order)
Grumpy male member of staff on the bumper cars ride; was getting annoyed with children because the steering wheels on the cars weren’t working properly.
Really disappointing”
