Went with a 9 year old boy and two 11 year old girls to the swimming and ice skating in May half term. They all had a great time - stayed for the full sessions. Good value for money (discount for doing both activities), plenty to keep them occupied and kids can't wait to go back....

Been 10 years last time I came here. Still good value for money for a day ticket. The ice skating has never changed. However the 3 ladies on reception was so miserable omg and when we was finally allowed to pay 2 disappeared which left 1 with a queue. Was never told we didn’t have to join the queue for the rink either. The pool omg was filthy !! All needs a good clean scum lines etc. Rubbish on the side of the pool too. Hot tub I had allergic reaction so def something wrong there ! Changing rooms omg filth everywhere am now waiting to see what I have caught!!! Need more cleaning. Did see one lady cleaning the glass doors it was a joke to say the least. Was never this bad when I use to come every weekend. Standards have defiantly dropped.

Went to the Dome today 10 o’clock in the morning, with my granddaughter and daughter and my partner. Paid 22.50 ( which is a bit overpriced) But no slides were open. And when we asked they didn’t know why , was the answer we got. So of cos after 2 hours we had to leave cos you can only be there 2 hours. THEN they opened the slide ( the white one where smaller kids can go on) my granddaughter was very sad as we had to leave. And I wasn’t very happy as we paid full price and couldn’t enjoy all of it like others. If you open at 10 then surely you should make sure that slides are open. Make sure there’s staff working. So not a good experience. And a sad granddaughter
