Toilets … immaculate
Play areas .. just wow !! There’s so many and the things to play on are brilliant , the indoor play area has it all ! You’d actually pay more to go to just a play area ! The cafe pizza was delicious too
Animals … awww some cuties here the sheep were so gentle when feeding , love the birds , all of the cages and pens and areas were immaculate so clean and all of the animals looked happy especially the parrots the boy was majestic with all his feathers too !!
Staff … all but 1 ( she was maybe having a bad day ?) were so friendly and welcoming really chatty lovely people ( especially the lady in the shop made us so welcome )
The shop … well the dreaded gift shop was a revelation !! The prices were brilliant used to paying £30 for a paper bag and a pencil ! But not here there was lots of reasonably priced toys and bits for the kiddies and gorgeous home wares and candles and things
On the whole I cannot praise this place enough there’s plenty to see and do and it isn’t all about the money they can make ! We will definitely be regulars now x”
“We visited yesterday and despite the cold dreary weather and a couple of areas closed due to wet weather, were there 3 hours. Would definitely spend all day in warmer weather. Very friendly welcome, everywhere immaculately clean and well maintained. Will definitely be going back.”
