“My only problems are when my son and daughter went on the rides they had there photograph taken and before I could scan the barcode the pictures disappeared from view i was so annoyed. And the other problem was the long walk to get to the resort my husband had to hip operations and he really struggled he haf to use both crutches. I really think you should have disabled parking for people like my husband and anyone with a disability.The walk really tired my husband and out we were exhausted. We parked on the first car park.”
“Attended Alton’s Towers with my 13 year old and 7 year old. I was worried about them not having things to do together or that they would both enjoy. I was wrong. It is so thoughtfully laid out and has such fantastic variety that we had a fun day out. It was also clean and beautiful.”
