“I arrived with my daughter and her friend it was a little mate date for them I was just the taxi and supervisor, I did arrive on a very busy day it was fully booked unfortunately I was turned away, I let the girls play at arcade and I was going to take them to mini golf, I returned back to reception and Jemma odonall was such a fantastic communicator she immediately locked into the computer and found a slot to fit the two girls in she also insisted that it will be a 20 minute wait but one game for the other party to attend I was very impressed with her work ethic. Fantastic customer service skills I will definitely be returning. She definitely deserves a little reward”
