“Really fantastic place to visit. My kids and i did the archery here a few days ago - the instructors were amazing, everything is done in stages and there was mention that all the instructors are Great Britain Archery instructors. Once the safety brief was done, we were then shown by the instructors how to use the bow and arrow. They made it interesting and fun throughout.
We then went into firing the arrows with the coaches correcting us and very quickly we were all hitting the middle (or thereabouts). We then moved onto the walking part of the course where we would be required to walk along a trail with the instructors and we would be shooting at these foam animal shaped targets.. As i had young children here, i was most impressed with the instructors as to how they highlighted that shooting at real animals was wrong. This second part of the course was really fun (and i don't say that lightly being that I'm a vegan) it was more about gaining points rather then shooting at the animal - we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
Overall, it was a fantastic day, for fun, physical exercise and something totally different to do as a family... two days on and the kids are still talking about it!”
