“We enjoyed our picnic in the picnic area here today. The mosaics were lovely but some were tricky to find so look carefully! This trail is described as pushchair and wheelchair friendly, it is not! There is a style and lots of tree roots to negotiate. We couldn’t make it through the footpath at the end, it was too overgrown with nettles so we missed seeing at least 3 of the mosaics. Overall we had a lovely walk and it was great to have things to look for along the way but we headed home a little disappointed.”
