At 14.40 a member of your staff took it upon herself to grab a pair of scissors and start stabbing the balloons. The children in there were scared. I would not expect scissors to be used like that in front of customers and children.
The response was that kids have to pay for balloons. Get a grip. You are lucky that the police weren't called.
