“Today went to snakes and ladders for grandsons 4th birthday train room over £300 for 14 kids food etc. Got there as we entered decided to tell us the foods pre bought by us for adults wraps cookies cakes were nit aloud in NO OUTSIDE FOOD this was not explained even though we had noumourous emails back and forth to confirm number if children what food they wanted etc. So the £100 spent on food for adults could nit be taken in not even allowing on this one occation as it was there error for not informing us, they allowed a birthday cake to be brought in but not the other food due to allergens etc and children being around ... but the cake had food colouring etc and was brought in so whats the difference ... we where all left standing there eventually we asked where do we sit they pointed over there Where???? Eventually showed us to a six seated table with two watered down jugs of juice . After kids played on soft play THEN ASKED SO HALF AND HALF FOR PITA/CHICKEN NUGGETS NO 10 PITZA 4 CHICKEN NUGGETS now had to wait for then to correct this what was the point of emails all young staff no adults no managers on the floor young staff running backwards and forward to speak to manager to correct stuff who didn't even have the decency to come to talk to us. Then they said come with us waited till every child was stood against a wall not letting us move untill all children against the wall .. to do a head count fgs led us up a narrow staircase into a room on the left no music no decor no train theme it was awfull tiny plates of food staff standing watching verry uncomfortable after 20 got music playing not kids music random music then an ice lolly all adults standing against the walls all rushed to get you out. Absolutely dreadfully never been yo a venue so disorganised in my life . Oh they did bring a free platter of non meat sandwiches 16 triangles for 20 adults. We were told when we go outside you can give your guests the food you brought here what in the f.... carpark are you kidding me PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HAVE KIDS PARTY HERE AWFUL .
