“I was very disappointed that after a lot of searching I only found 1 review stating that the animals were locked away due to the bird flu but still took a trip there to find out this was true. I wish they would have said this on the website to save any confusion. I can't rate the place down as every other visit has been really good for a cheap day out and the kids have loved it. Just wish they had let people know before traveling but will definitely be returning when the animals are safe to be allowed out”
“Nothing to see. Animals are locked in and there's no access to the public to protect animals from bird flu (as of December 2021) I just wish I had known. It would have spared me to travel there with a baby and primary school age child. At least we could watch the numerous blue tits, Robin, sparrows and numerous other birds feed nearer the building. Also cafe is opened.”
