“Arrived at the museum, paid our entry fee, which I thought was reasonable, £8.50 for an adult, £5.00 for a child, the children were given a quiz booklet, a quick read of what they had to do , and they were off, scurrying around the rooms looking for clues, leaving me time to slowly wander around and enjoy the displays, I particularly enjoyed the cycles and motorcycles, loved the Jaguar ss100. On completion of our tour, the children had completed their quiz booklets ( great idea for the younger tourists) and needed to have them checked to receive their medals, which they wore with pride. A really good attraction, which I will visit again.”
“Interesting for adults. Thought my boy (8 and into cars) would love it but he was not. Thought my girl (6 going on 7) would hate it but she was engrossed in the quiz. I thought it had a good mix of interesting exhibits and some local speed/transport related history.”
