“We arrived at 11am and plenty of animals to see. We stopped for lunch in the cafe which was lovely and then walked around for another animal view but there were hardly any animals to see. So9 was really pleased we got there when we did”
“We booked this experience to reward our girls after having to stay indoors for weeks due to decorating. Howletts came up as recommended and the price of the day for 4 of us was fantastic. Coming from Essex, the journey was no issue at all, but it is also worth journeying further if required. The animal park itself is big and spacious and with lots of great animals. All the animals look in excellent condition and were all easy to see. A great day out for us even though it did rain.”
“Fantastic park full of beautiful happy animals . The staff gave lots of info if your interested and you can spend hours watching the elephant herd , Kari the lion , the 2 sister rhinoceros, the Gorillas (a huge silver back ) sat a few feet away and ate his dinner while I watched him . They are so relaxed and it was beautiful to share this with my daughter who loved it too .”
“We had a great day here. It was very hot but was plenty of shade for us humans to go to. Some of the animals were clearly also shading and resting in the warmth. The enclosures were so well designed and the animals clearly looked happy and well cared for. The Lemur experience was on offer and absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend!”
“we had an amazing day arrived at 8.30 didnt leave till 4.30, the animals were well keep contented and their habitats were amazing, we took part in a dhole experience and gave enrichment to the painted dogs, which the kids loved and Josh was extremely informative and answered all the kids questions.
