“Not impressed, visited following a big ‘revamp’ of ‘surf city’.. took my toddler. Filthy changing and sand / grit in the bottom of the pool. Revamp means taken slides out and painted a wall. The toddler water play was cordoned off no wave or water pumps on as it was ‘accessible swim’...Clearly disabled toddlers don’t need to play. Nothing but a cold dirty pool, and got asked not to swim round the only interesting feature to the pool. We stayed 15mins and left. Never to return!
Next time we’ll go to Hillsborough instead.”
“was waiting in a queue for 20 minutes to be checked in so after paying for an hour swim we only got 25 minutes, the changing rooms were filthy and the slide is no longer there …the water was nice and warm and my daughter enjoyed the wave machine”
