Hasina booked an appointment for me and my girls and the shop was closed! she didn't pick up the phone or replied to any texts! this was meant to be a bday present and she made point to charge me more for the pottery be ready on the time we needed it - however she just didn't show up! extremely unprofessional!”
“Fantastic staff and a great selection of items to paint and lots of other fun things to do, like foam clay (which is good if you have a child who likes sensory items to do), t-shirt painting (ware old clothes to do this) sand pictures and build a bear. We have three children, One who has adhd and speach difficulties who is not the quietest, but every time we have gone here they have always welcomed us so much and always have time for the children. They are always happy to help if your unsure of what to and offer helpful suggestions. This is a brilliant but often missed place which is definitely a gem of barnet. Also makes a great cup of tea and coffee”
