Overpriced and understaffed. Children far older than 4 fling themselves around the ball pool etc endangering younger children. Generally speaking it’s a free for all!

Great place, but pricey. Lots for kids to do and the 0-3 area upstairs was really good.

Plenty for the kids to run about and climb, Even the food was edible But watch out for nits in the kids hair.

We discovered Kidabulus invited by a friend. We had a pleasant time with our daughters. They really enjoyed their time together, asking for more and more time to play. Nice and clean play area for our lovely kids

Wish I could give no stars, place is dirty, freezing cold as they have no heating and leave the front door open all day, I had to wrap my baby up, everyone in there wearing jackets. Food came but was feeding baby had to leavit for 2 minutes by that time the food was freezing, the manager there Sam is just a kid who has no clue and just says OK to everything, I wouldn't mine but all the staff are sat at the food counter leaning against the nice warm while we all freeze, was in there a hour before my little one came up to me and asked to leave as she was cold, in the summer she could do all day there! Would never return after this, they even charge for adults to get in lol avoid this place like the plauge, absolutely rubbish!

Parents have to pay to sit and watch kids in soft play?????? Are you serious? Just popped in to have the twins run around for an hour to find out not only is it £10 per child but my wife and I had to pay £7 to sit and watch our kids. Highway robbery I tell you it’s absolutely scandalous. What is this world coming to. — feeling angry

I took my 14 month granddaughter for the first time today and was very impressed with the facilities. So many different areas for her to explore and she enjoyed playing in them all. The entire place was spotless including all the toys. The staff were lovely and friendly. We stayed for lunch and was impressed with the children's food which was very good value for money. Having been to all the local soft plays in the area, this one I found to be the best, not only for what it had to offer, but also excellent value for money.

Since we have two kids we visited visited so many softplays!!! and And I must say this one was the dirtiest I have ever seen.We came on Christmas half- term and it was busy as expected. The place is massive and I much prefer the kids play area upstairs.Downstairs is better for older ones...since we were following our boys we have seen so much dust all other the facilities...actually a piles of dust which could just simply should be hoovered. Also the area itself had some empty bottles snack packs lying around.I hate then the place feel filthy especially then you have a small kids who actually crawl around ... The parking is also tiny for such massive inside space to compare with..we had to park quite far away off-road. I find it quite pricey..but we went on half -term So I guess it is doubled. we wouldn't be back unfortunately for the above reasons. To compare we love parents paradise in watford..the place is also massive but always very clean!!!! you see member if staff hovering and cleaning constantly.
