“Such a Lovely Team
We’ve been coming to 360 Soft Play regularly over the last couple of months, and I just wanted to say how lovely the atmosphere is — and that really comes down to the team.
It’s so nice coming back and seeing familiar faces. You can genuinely see how well everyone works together, and there’s always such a positive, happy atmosphere between the staff. Everyone seems to support one another, and it’s really lovely to hear how highly they speak of each other too. That says so much about the team they’ve built.
They’re always welcoming, friendly and so good with the children, but what really stands out is the energy they bring. They make the experience feel fun and special, and you can tell they genuinely care about making the children happy.
The team really do go above and beyond, and it’s something you notice every time you visit. It’s not just the environment that makes 360 such a lovely place to come — it’s the people who work there and the atmosphere they create together.
We’ve genuinely loved coming regularly over the last couple of months, and seeing those familiar faces makes it even nicer to keep coming back. ❤️”
“We had such a lovely experience at 360, and Lucy was absolutely wonderful! She was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived at reception and was always happy to help. She was so patient and kind with the children on the rides, always had a lovely smile and made them feel really comfortable. She also served us our snacks and was so lovely throughout. You could really see how hard she was working, while still being so cheerful and helpful. Lucy really made our visit extra special — a real credit to 360! ❤️”
“Shocking Place, staff are undertrained, unclean, and staff swear and are just not becoming of what is necessary for children, the water outdoor area is full of legionella and never cleaned, ytoilets are disgusting,”
“Is very expensive for what it is. We were quite disappointed as most the equipment was scattered around the walkways rather than on the frame and it looked a real mess on arrival. Toddler area was packed so our younger ones couldn’t really go on anything. My oldest likes the go-cars but again spent more time in a queue than actually playing. Staff looked really miserable but I don't blame them as there were not many around which was probably why it was messy and dirty. Really disappointed for the price.”
