“These pull up handles are excellent. Very sturdy and can fit on most standard door frames. I was concerned I may pull down the door frame, or damage it, but I've uses them multiple times now and had no such issues. They are actually a little tougher to perform pull ups or chin ups with than a fixed bar, as the tubing does rotate slightly as you grip them, and they may be slightly thicker than some handles that some may be used to... so this does put a little more stress on your wrists (IMO). However I like this feature as I feel they help build up the forearm a bit more. Love this product. Great as part of a Portable gym kit for any serious lifter who doesn't like to be forced into having a week or two without training when they go away! They seem well built and I hope they will last a long time. Expensive...but worth it.”
