“Nothing wrong with the frame itself, but the frame is the wrong size, as a result of your poor customer information and customer service. I have a 6-panel oriental lampshade, and I need a hexagonal frame to fit it. Your lampshades are described as '30cm' or '20cm' etc, but no clue which measurement is being given. The correct measurement to give to describe a hexagon would be the length of the side. I telephoned to ask about size, and was told 30cm 'diameter'. When I asked 'point to point or flat to flat?' I was told 'point to point', which would give a hexagon side length of 15cm, which would have been correct. But your 30cm frame is too big for my shade, since your 'diameter' was actually the measurement from flat to flat. I would have attempted to exchange the item for the correct size, but you don't seem to stock it. I'm annoyed that I was given incorrect information.”
