“On receipt of my lampshade I rang Dannells to say that the box didn't have the usual paper seal on it and the bottom wire ring was missing from the order. The person I spoke to said they would send out a replacement bottom ring for me which has still not arrived. I thought it may be due to Xmas postal delays but we're not into mid Jan and I can't use the kit. I would now like to return this as I have made an alternative shade ready for christmas but I don't feel I should pay the postage again.”

“It was my first time making a lampshade and the Darnell's kit couldn’t have been better. I have two professional looking lampshades - and I shall be back for more kits. I just wish I needed more lampshades than I do!”
