“The metal hoops were great, and packed suitably. The problem was with the delivery or almost no delivery. Even though my address was clearly stated, the driver delivered to a wrong address, luckily unable to leave the parcel. On rescheduling a second delivery I was so worried not to receive the parcel that I waited at the end of our road to try to intercept the delivery van. Good job I did, as sure enough he went to a wrong address and was almost ready to turn around and leave when I managed to stop him and ask if he was looking for my address. When he said yes, I tried to explain that there are more properties further down our road and he should not give up so easily. Does he not have a sat nav? Nobody else seems to have this much trouble, so I will say that your product was great but the delivery service could have been a disaster had I not met up with the driver. Many thanks for your attention, I am sure this is just poor communication, and if I ever need your products again, this will probably all be fine. sincerely, Elizabeth Robertson”
