“Shoes are good quality. The note on recommending to size down a full size was totally incorrect. In fact we had to size up a size and a half so this was misleading and led to having to reorder.”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size. I will pass this on to the team.
