I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“The character shoes we received were not true to size. So many dance websites say that their shoes will be true to size and you nearly always have to order up. Please make your sizing clearer! The ones we ordered are on their way back to you for an exchange. Shoes overall looked good though.”
