“Lovely leotard but strange sizing. Age 12 was v tight and small on my 11 year old (wears a size 3 leotard has a 52inch girth and is 152cm tall) so I returned and got an age 14 but the age 14 is massive! Annoying as size guide says age 14 is correct size for 52inch girth Photo shows a size 3 leotard over the top of the plume age 14. So far wasted £6 something on postage. Feels like the age 14 is more like adult size 14 but invoice says it’s an age 14. ‍♀️ Also unable to cancel an order. I emailed to cancel an order 2 minutes after placing it and over a week later I still had no response and so the order arrived. I could return for free but I’d still had to fork out the postage which was the same amount as the leotard. Not best pleased. I had to phone up to get a free return postage label as the system said I had the details wrong and I was told they’re a bit behind on their emails. All v annoying and costly.”

Thank you for your feedback and for your custom. We apologise if you feel the service level is not as expected. The Customer Service team are working hard to catch up. I am sorry that the leotard did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.
