“1/5!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I changed my rating to 4 stars because otherwise it wouldn't actually show up on the website, since they are filtering out reviews below 4 stars...) I ordered a mystery bag clothing size S, which should come with 5 items. One of the items was related to shoe size, which is completely unrelated to clothing size of course, so it was way too small. The description of the mystery bag clarifies: Adult Small: Size 8, last time I checked size 8 is not a shoe size. If they were including products related to shoe size, you should be able to select this when purchasing the mystery bag... I contacted Dance Direct customer support and spoke to Jennifer and she refused to send out another item in clothing size S (or the correct shoe size for the item I received). Would not recommend shopping here if you expect a company/shopping experience with reasonable customer support.”

I am sorry you were not happy with the Mystery Bag. The contents are randomly selected and, as stated, "may include a selection of leotards, tights, dancewear essentials and other dancewear in the size you select." It is not limited to clothing. The value of the contents far exceeds the cost of the bag and I hope you can find someone who can make use of "the item related to foot size" and that the rest of the bag was satisfactory.
