“Great value and quality logs. Delivery excellent although I was concerned by the length of journey required to deliver the logs. Seemingly Dalby to Birmingham, then to Newton Aycliffe and then to Runswick!! 400 miles or so to travel 38!!!
Perhaps a local.courier could have been found instead???”

We use a 3rd party delivery company which collect from us and then the pallet would have travelled up to your local depot in Newton Aycliffe and then to yourself. No other stops along the way. :)
“Ordering was easy online but for first time buyers we weren't sure as to the quantity it would contain. There were descriptions of the wood which helped us decide. Delivered on time and as described. The driver was very helpful as to where the crate was placed. It was well packaged with a covering around the sides and top. We have even used the crate as our wood store and we just added a more substantial roof. The wood is cut into sizes which suits our burner but a few will need making smaller.
I have only given it 4 stars as we have not yet had chance to use some but the neighbours who have a burner are impressed with the amount, cost and neatness of the package.”
