“The logs are great, especially the oak, they burn cleanly and for far longer than my previous supplier's. Only gripe is that the individual logs are small, as in split too far. Though this is compared to the previous load of kiln dried ash I had.”

The oak and birch is purposely thin cut as described in the product information. This allows the oak to burn easier and works well in smaller burners. The ash you had before was standard cut. (thicker logs)
