“This is the first time we have used Dalby firewood, the information provided before we ordered was excellent and enabled me to order the correct wood for our fire. The wood itself is good quality and does exactly as described in that the birch is brilliant at the start of the fire, catches quickly to get the fire going where as the oak burns more slowly to maintain the fire.”

contents of the delivery was as specified.
One concern to me is that I there seems to be no return arrangement of the bags that the logs are delivered in. on inspection there appears to be no damage. so I thought a return arrangement could be possible?
