“Good product, unfortunately the packing is poor on the second consecutive delivery. It was delivery with two pallets as it was off balance. It is disappointing to receive this again.”

We are very sorry to hear that the packaging was broken, This is down to mishandling by the pallet networks. If they damage a crate or pallet it is usually returned to us but it sounds like they have rested the broken pallet onto another pallet to make sure delivery was made on time.
This, unfortunately, is out of our hands and extremely frustrating for us and we can only apologise for the issue. We are glad that the product is up to our usual standard.
