It is a well made and very good looking knife.
The balance and weight feel good in the hand, although the handle is rather small. The thin blade slices through food effortlessly, allowing precise and clean cuts. A real joy to use and it makes you want to cook.
It comes exceptionally sharp out of the box, and the edge is easy to maintain.
Only negative, the tip is quite delicate, a tiny bit chipped off despite being careful, although it does not affect its performance.”
