“This knife is just the right size and weight for lots of use in the kitchen not only for prep of veg and meat cubing but also used as a carving knife on a whole Chicken.
The edge was very sharp out of the box and have used the ceramic honing rod lightly just to keep the edge although it probably didn't need it but it is now more habit after using a knife”
