A simple and stylish petty from Konosuke's new GS+ range. This petty from Konosuke is a semi stainless knife, a 3 layer sandwich with the core semi stainless steel clad in a softer steel and machine finished. Incredibly light, this is a very thin laseresque knife that is very sharp.

“Elegant, simple design, executed flawlessly by Japanese craftsmen.. So pleased to have purchased this laser petty knife - it is so light, and the one piece handle suits the finely tapered grind and brushed finish blade perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Konosuke blade.”

“I ordered a Konosuke GS+ Petty 150mm with a matching saya on January 3rd - the knife arrived by DPD courier on January 5th, super quick! The knife was packaged very securely to prevent damage and they even included some plasters in the package which was a great touch :-D The website is really easy to navigate, with a fantastic selection of Japanese chef knives and accessories. I think it's so important to support small UK-based businesses, so I'm extremely happy that CEK provides such a great selection and service! I'll certainly be ordering from them again and recommending them to family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful knife!”
